Returns


Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase.

John does not offer a refund for a change of mind, but may be able to provide you with a store credit depending on the circumstances.

If on delivery you are dissatisfied with your purchase and wish to return any items, please contact us at +61 3 9584 0490 and provide the following details:

  • Your name and order number

  • The painting you wish to return

  • The reason for your return

We will do our best to remedy the situation.

Paintings must be in original condition. Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of delivery (as recorded by shipping provider).

No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

Postage and shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer, but in the case of a replacement item, John Duke will cover the costs.

Unfortunately John can not be held responsible for any items lost during shipping, but will ensure he does all that he can to locate your missing items.
